Irene Welch is the Administrative Assistant for the Joseph C. Cornwall Center for Metropolitan Studies. She is responsible for the general administrative support of the Center.  

Before joining the Cornwall Center in October 2001, Irene was a Program Assistant with the College of Nursing, Center for Professional Development, on the Rutgers-Newark Campus.
