John Manieri is a Research Associate at the Joseph C. Cornwall Center for Metropolitan Studies. As the Cornwall Center’s manager of data analysis and operations, he employs his knowledge of community and economic development principles and his skills in qualitative, quantitative, and geospatial analysis methods. He works with the Center’s staff, partners, and clients to manage the process of acquiring, manipulating, and analyzing data needed for critical projects. Before working at the Cornwall Center, Mr. Manieri completed a fellowship at New Jersey Community Capital, and has worked as a Transportation Planner and as a Community Planning Consultant in North Carolina.
Mr. Manieri holds a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Urban Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
